Ras Bashin

Location: Ras Bashin is the mouth of Shaboos Bay North which is 34.4 nm @ 197 Degrees from Dibba port of Oman

Type of Dive Site: A combination of a sandy bottom reef becoming a sloping reef teeming with soft corals

Depth: 4-25

Marine Life: Bat Fish, Butterfly Fish, Angel Fish, Mantis Shrimp, Eels, Trigger Fish, Eagle Rays, Barracuda and Trevally

Remarks: Start dive inside the bay with your left shoulder facing the reef. For 5-10 mins the area is very shallow @ +- 6-7m. The reef will then slope off into the bay
